Living in the Twilight with Our Three Selves
has been selected by the Women Playwrights Initiative
as the winner of WPI’s 7th Annual Script Competition.

A reading of the play will be directed by Kathleen Lindsey
and will feature Steven DeWoody, Marcie Schwalm, Kate Singleton, and Robert Wright.

Reading of Geese in Sacramento

DO GEESE SEE GOD, is one of four finalists for Sacramento Lambda Players “Best Lesbian Themed Play” competition. The company will perform a reading of each play, and the winner will be announced on October 1st.

Readings will be at the Studio Theatre at 1:00 p.m. on the following days:

August 23, August 24, September 6 and September 7

They are not announcing the date of which play is being performed on which of those dates. I suppose that is an ingenious scheme to prevent a playwright from packing the house with friends.

Audience feedback will help determine the winning play, which will be awarded $1000 and a production in the Lambda Players season.
